Yes. Our servers and database are located in the European Union and processing follows the GDPR. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We only use trusted subprocessors, each in a strictly defined role - the list is on our Security page. Your documents are never used to train AI models.
No. Operavi does not permanently store your files on its own server - a document is analysed in memory during processing and then saved to your own Google Drive or Microsoft OneDrive account, which you connect. You remain the owner and only storage location of your files - we keep no copy.
Each field has a confidence score. You can also add a hint before extraction - e.g. "this is a purchase invoice, I need the net amount". The system is highly accurate, but you can always edit results manually.
Invoices, CMR, delivery notes, contracts and other business documents in PDF, PNG, JPG, WEBP and XLSX. We support documents in Polish, English, German and other European languages.
Yes. We offer a REST API with tokens, webhooks (POST after each document is processed) and CSV/XML export. Integration is available from the Business plan.
It builds itself automatically - every recognised client and supplier goes into the database. The system merges documents with the same Tax ID or similar name into one profile. You can also manually edit name, Tax ID and address.
Yes. Each account gets a dedicated email address. Just forward a message with an attachment (PDF/PNG/JPG/WEBP/XLSX) - it is read automatically and prepared for export.
